We accept debit cards, PayPal and all major credit cards.

 

Our shipping policy is as follows

Mainland UK: up to 5 business days

Rest of the world: up to 10 business days

Return & Exchange Policy

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return, you must do this in-store or via email (info@artesiantailoring.co.uk) and will then receive your return number. Unsuitable items must then be returned within 7 days of receiving your return number. In addition to our standard 14 day returns policy, we offer an extended holiday season returns policy. For orders placed from 2 December 2023, you have until 8 January 2024 to request your return. From that point, you have 7 days to return your order(s) back to us.

To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. You can return using any secure means but we may not accept liability. Postage for the return must be paid by yourself and we require that you provide us with a tracking number via email: info@artesiantailoring.co.uk.

The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 

 

All orders that are returned within the 14 day return window will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please note that sale items purchased during ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
